A New Beginning, Obstetrics and Gynecology, is an intimate practice dedicated to the medical needs of women of all ages. Dr. Seiler, Dr. Mirate, Dr. Witters and Dr. Henning, in collaboration with Certified Nurse Midwife Dominique Phelps and Nurse Practitioner Kaitlyn Kowalczyk, provide gynecological services, family planning as well as low and high-risk obstetrical care, taking great pride in their low Cesarean delivery rates.
