Dominique is a Certified Nurse Midwife with a passion for women’s health. She prides herself in providing family centered patient care and shared decision-making.

Background:

Her spark for women’s health began at the young age of 4, after witnessing the birth of her youngest sister. Her passion developed throughout grade school, which led her to nursing. Dominique completed her associates degree in nursing at Lansing Community College and her bachelor’s degree at the University of Michigan. As a registered nurse (RN) she has worked in various settings, including medical surgical nursing, homecare, long term care, hospice and labor and delivery. In her first year as an RN she was honored by her peers with the Rookie of The Year Award at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids. During her time as a labor and delivery RN at McLaren Greater Lansing she was honored by a patient with the Daisy Award for exceptional patient care. Dominique has most recently completed her master’s degree in Midwifery at Frontier Nursing University. She has a special interest in lactation support and physiologic birth. She is an active member of the American College of Nurse Midwives. Dominique is also a wife and mother of three. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family, house remodeling projects, and summer days on the beach.
