Rebecca Doede is an Internal Medicine Hospitalist (D.O)

Background:

Dr. Doede grew up in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. She went to the University of Oklahoma for her Bachelor of Arts and then went on to medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine where she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O) degree. From Oklahoma she moved to Royal Oak, Michigan for her Internal Medicine Pediatric Residency at Beaumont Royal Oak Hospital. After residency she worked as a Hospitalist at Blanchard Vallet Hospital in Findlay, Ohio for 8 years, then Trinity Health Urgent Care for 2 years, and started as a hospitalist at McLaren in 2023. She enjoys internal medicine as she believes that finding a diagnosis can be like putting together a puzzle. She also enjoys educating patients and working with the residents and working the night shifts.

Personal Information:

Dr. Doede enjoys spending time with her family. Her husband Aaron is a small animal veterinarian, and they have a son named Miles. She loves to play golf, travel, and spend time with her family.
