Demetria D. McDuffey, DNP, FNP-BC is a Family Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and licensed by the State of Michigan.

Background:

Demetria was born and raised in Lansing, MI. She graduated from East Lansing High school in 2014. Following high school, she pursued her dream of becoming a nurse. Demetria received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Michigan in 2018. Post-undergrad, she moved to Arizona where she started her career on a Trauma Progressive Care Unit at a Level 1 trauma center. In 2019, she returned to Michigan and began working at Sparrow Hospital on various step-down and Med-Surg units. Later, Demetria went on to receive her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Michigan State University in 2023. She enjoys preventative care, women’s health, and chronic disease management.

Personal Information:

Demetria is married to her husband, Rod, owner of Real Deal Mowing and Landscaping. The McDuffeys enjoy traveling the world and hanging with their dog, Snoop. Personally, Demetria really enjoys shopping, crafting, reading, home improvement projects, and hosting gatherings with friends and family.
