Background:
Dr. Nichols grew up in Lansing, Michigan. He graduated from Lansing Catholic High School in 2007. He then went on to the University of Notre Dame and graduated with his bachelor’s in arts in pre-professional studies and Spanish. He later went to Michigan State University College of Human Medicine and graduated with his Doctor of Medicine (M.D) degree in 2018. He worked as a medical scribe at Henry Ford/Allegiance Health in Jackson, Michigan from 2011-2012 and also as a scribe at University of Michigan Health/Sparrow in Lansing from 2012-2013. He was also a Assistant Professor of Medicine at Michigan State University from 2021-2025. He enjoys internal medicine, primary care, and hospital medicine.
Personal Information:
Dr. Nichols has 2 sons Isaiah and Jordan. He enjoys watching and playing sports (golf, basketball, football, softball) and spending time with his kids. He also loves to travel, workout, play chess, play the piano, and listen to music.
