Dr. Ronan is a Michigan native who hails from the Orchard Lake – Farmington Hills area of west Detroit. He completed his undergraduate degree in psychology at Michigan State University and received his medical training at Des Moines University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery In Des Moines, Iowa. He graduated from the Family Medicine residency program at Ingham Regional Medical Center in August 2000.
While training in Lansing, Dr. Ronan was Chief-Resident of Family Medicine and also a clinical teaching faculty member at Michigan State University – College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Ronan has interests in sports medicine as well as Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine for the treatment of neck and back pain. He has had the opportunity to train under David Boesler, D.O., Raymond Ruby, D.O., Gerald Cooper, D.O., Y. Jay Sandweiss, D. O., and many other esteemed osteopathic physicians during his career.
